Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). This handling time allows us to carefully inspect, pack and secure your item before shipment.

Shipping Areas & Carriers
We ship from Italy (IT) to Italy, the European Union and selected international destinations using trusted carriers. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, parcel size and operational requirements. Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may not be serviced.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package dimensions and weight. Any free shipping thresholds or promotional offers are clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times
Italy: 3–5 business days
European Union: 7–10 business days
International (non-EU): delivery times vary by destination

Delivery estimates are provided in business days and begin once the order has been shipped. They do not include customs clearance times and may vary due to peak seasons, weather conditions, carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Shipments)
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. KARMA has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by local authorities. In such cases, original shipping costs, return costs and any customs fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

Wrong Addresses / Undeliverable Parcels
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missing information or recipient unavailability, additional shipping and handling fees may apply for re-delivery. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will open an official investigation and offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund once the claim process is completed.

Pre-orders & Split Shipments
Orders containing items with different availability dates may be shipped separately at no additional cost. For pre-order items, estimated shipping dates are indicated on the product page and are subject to change.

Delivery Responsibility
Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times and logistics are managed by the carrier. KARMA is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, carrier issues, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control.
